Smith & Wesson Model 29 Double Action Revolver, #S221505, .44 mag. cal., 8-3/8'' pinned barrel, 4-screw, high polish blue finish, factory checkered Goncalo Alves grips with S&W medallions, red ramp front sight and square-notched rear sight adjustable for windage and elevation, color case hardened target hammer and target trigger. Mfg'd 1961-62. Condition is near excellent retaining approx. 97% original factory blue, with losses to both sides of barrel at muzzle. Metal surfaces with light handling marks and small scratches. Factory lettering is clearly defined. Cylinder with a moderate index line and light scratching. Hammer and trigger retain almost all of their beautiful bright case colors. Grips with a few indentations and light handling wear, checkering is sharp. Action cycles smoothly and cylinder locks up tight; bore is bright with excellent rifling. Est.: $1,800-$2,400. (C&R/PPT)
